    • How does your pricing work?

      For most tutors it's simple. For every hour that you are in our live classroom with one student you will be charged £0.30. If you are in the classroom for less than 15 minutes with a student, or the student never joins, you will not be charged.

    • I tutor more than one student at a time, how much will that cost?

      If you tutor more than one student at a time you will be charged an additional £0.30 for every additional student. So if you taught two students for one hour you would be charged £0.60.

    • Can I disable recordings?

      Absolutely! Privacy is our first priority and recording is disabled by default. Both the tutor and the student must specifically opt in to having their lessons record to enable the functionality. Either the student or the tutor can opt-out at any time.

    • Can I delete recordings?

      Yes, just drop us an email at support@tutoringcamp.co.uk and we would be happy to remove any recordings of your lessons from our systems.

    • How does the 4 hours free per month work?

      Every month the first 4 hours of lessons are completely free. If you teach 4 or fewer hours a month you can even use our platform without providing a card! There is no time limit on these free lessons.

    • Can I increase how long my recordings are stored for?

      Yes, send an email to support@tutoringcamp.co.uk with how long you'd like your recordings to be stored for and we can give you a quote. It won't be extortinate, we promise!

    • Do I have to use your online classroom to use your organisational features?

      No, you can use our organisational features for free if you wish. Though we would encourage you to try out our live classroom because we really do believe it's one of the best out there and it's integrated right alongside your organisational dashboard. Alternatively, we'd really appreciate you contacting us at support@tutoringcamp.co.uk if it doens't fit your needs and let us know what we could do better!

    • Can I try Tutoring Camp without providing my card details?

      Absolutely! Just sign up and start using us. As long as you teach fewer than 4 hours a month with our classroom you can keep using us free forever.
